H6 Logistics is Hiring an HR / Recruiting Coordinator!
H6 Logistics, an Amazon Delivery Service Partner (DSP), is looking for an organized, motivated, and people-focused Human Resources / Recruiting Coordinator to join our team in Melbourne, FL. This role plays a key part in recruiting, onboarding, and supporting delivery associates and operational staff in a fast-paced logistics environment.
Location: [3700 Sarno Rd. Melbourne, FL 32934]
Pay: [$23 per hour]
Job Responsibilities
- Recruit, screen, and schedule interviews for delivery drivers and support staff
- Manage onboarding and new hire paperwork
- Maintain employee records and assist with HR documentation
- Coordinate orientation, on site hiring evening and training schedules
- Communicate with applicants and employees professionally and promptly
- Support employee engagement and retention initiatives
- Assist management with staffing needs and workforce planning
- Help ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information
- Assist with dispatch as needed
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Comfortable using computers, email, spreadsheets, and hiring platforms
- Previous HR, recruiting, administrative, or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet hiring goals
- Ability to pass pre-employment screenings, including, but not limited to, motor vehicle record checks, references, etc.
- Professional attitude with strong attention to detail
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
