Heart to Heart is seeking a compassionate and dependable Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing team in Newark.

Not certified yet? We provide guidance and support for individuals working toward their RBT certification.

What You'll Do:

• Provide 1:1 ABA services in home and community settings
• Implement behavior plans developed by a BCBA
• Collect data and track client progress
• Build meaningful relationships with clients and families
• Collaborate with a supportive clinical team

What We're Looking For:

• Active RBT certification preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience working with children (ABA experience strongly preferred)
• Driver's license and transportation
• Strong communication and professionalism
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable

Compensation

• $23–$27 per hour (based on experience)
• Flexible scheduling (part-time & full-time options)
