Reporting to: USA Sales Manager/ Regional Sales Head

Role Overview:

We are seeking a Sales Support Specialist to join our dynamic Sales & Marketing team. In this key role, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end sales order processing, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring seamless order execution and customer satisfaction. You will serve as a vital link between our customers in USA and Canada and internal teams based in Saudi Arabia—Production, Planning, Logistics, and Documentation—while handling administrative processes such as SAP order entry, invoicing, shipment scheduling/warehouse stocking, and after sales support.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales coordination or customer service, ideally within a manufacturing environment.

• Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

• Prior experience working with BOPP, CPP, or other flexible packaging materials is preferred.
