CEI America is a Digital Tech and AI Transformation Consulting firm seeking a seasoned Solutions Sales Executive for the Dallas market. This is a greenfield, independent role requiring a self-starter who can build and own enterprise relationships from the ground up without inbound lead support or large internal infrastructure.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and own a greenfield enterprise territory through proactive outbound prospecting.
  • Build and manage a self-sourced pipeline of enterprise opportunities across AI services, digital transformation, and technology consulting.
  • Sell complex consulting engagements and outcomes to C-suite and senior IT leadership.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial cold outreach through to closing and account expansion.
  • Collaborate with internal delivery and consulting teams to ensure client success and identify growth opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting, and CRM activity.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of enterprise sales experience in AI solutions, AI services, or digital transformation consulting.
  • Proven track record of building and owning a greenfield territory independently without SDR or inside sales support.
  • Strong existing relationships and market knowledge within the Dallas enterprise sector.
  • Demonstrated ability to self-generate pipeline and drive outbound-led revenue growth.
  • Consultative, outcome-driven sales approach with experience closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
  • Exceptional C-suite communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Must be based in Dallas, Texas.
  • Uncapped commission structure tied directly to performance.
