Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough diagnostic evaluations to assess client needs effectively, ensuring a deep understanding of their personal and family dynamics.
  • Design and implement individualized treatment plans for various demographics, including individuals, couples, and families, focusing on evidence-based practices.
  • Deliver therapeutic services through individual and group therapy sessions that address specific behavioral or emotional challenges faced by clients.
  • Guide clients in developing essential coping skills, problem-solving methods, and stress reduction tactics to improve their resilience and emotional health.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals within our clinic to coordinate care for clients, ensuring a holistic approach to mental health treatment.
  • Maintain precise and timely documentation of client progress, adapting treatment plans as necessary to meet evolving client needs.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development and training opportunities to remain current with best practices, therapeutic techniques, and regulatory requirements.
Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work with a varied client base, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing a variety of challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and stress management. Your expertise will be essential in helping clients recognize and overcome obstacles in their lives, ultimately supporting their journey towards mental wellness.

Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related mental health field.
  • A current, valid license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
  • A minimum of 2 years of demonstrable experience in providing therapeutic services to diverse client populations.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to build trust and rapport with clients effectively.
  • Self-motivated and able to manage a caseload independently in a remote environment.
  • Proficient in utilizing electronic health records systems to manage documentation and client information securely.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain client confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in all interactions.
Preferred Experience
  • Previous experience working in community health settings.
  • Familiarity with telehealth platforms and digital communication tools for therapy delivery.
  • Experience in group therapy facilitation and family counseling dynamics.
Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
