Job description

Guidepost Staffing is recruiting for a Temporary Sales Administration Coordinator to support a growing sales team. In this role, you'll work closely with the Director of Sales, providing administrative support within Salesforce by maintaining contracts, customer records, reporting, and data accuracy.

Pay & Schedule

  • $20.00 per hour
  • 15–20 hours per week
  • Preferred schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–12:30 PM (flexible)

What You'll Do

  • Enter and update contracts in Salesforce
  • Maintain account, contact, and opportunity records
  • Perform data quality audits and verify information
  • Upload documents and maintain electronic records
  • Generate reports and track contract renewals
  • Monitor pending signatures and follow up as needed
  • Escalate exceptions or discrepancies to management

What You Bring

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Experience with Salesforce or another CRM is preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Professional, dependable, and self-motivated
