Ensure all digital paperwork—including Work Authorizations and Direction of Payment forms—are thoroughly explained and signed before commencing work.

Qualifications & Requirements Certification: Active IICRC WRT (Water Damage Restoration Technician) certification is highly preferred, but significant verifiable field experience will be considered. Availability: Must be willing to participate in a flexible, rotating 24/7 emergency on-call schedule (including nights and weekends). Proficient with technology: Must be highly proficient using smartphone apps (Encircle, time-tracking software) to document work in real-time. Physical Demands: Ability to lift 50+ lbs routinely, maneuver heavy commercial equipment (like XL LGR dehumidifiers), and perform physical labor (extraction, moving furniture, setup) independently. Background: Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record and pass a standard background check. What We Offer Premium hourly pay reflective of your industry experience and certifications. Guaranteed on-call dispatch bonuses per emergency run. Independence and autonomy—you manage the field project, we handle the back-office administrative and insurance billing logistics.
