Guardian Life in New York seeks an Assistant General Counsel for the Client Solutions & Wealth Management practice. Hybrid role with in‑office three days per week, you will provide legal advice to business partners on distribution of individual insurance products and wealth management offerings, and support broker/dealer and registered investment adviser activities.

You will draft agreements, influence cross‑functional teams, monitor regulatory developments, and help implement new laws.
