Your Role

As a Guardian Benefits Agent, you'll:

• Educate clients about Hospital Indemnity and supplemental health products

• Conduct needs-based conversations with prospective clients

• Follow up with leads and inbound inquiries

• Build strong, professional client relationships

• Maintain accurate CRM and client records

• Stay current on products and compliance requirements

We're Looking For

✔️ Active Health or Life & Health Insurance License

✔️ Strong communication and interpersonal skills

✔️ Self-motivated and dependable

✔️ Comfortable working independently

✔️ Sales or customer service experience is a plus
