TheHead of Laboratory Technologiesis responsible forthe strategic and operational leadership of all technology functions supportingHaleon'sresearch laboratory networkacross all innovation categories and geographieswith key hubsin Richmond, VA, Weybridge, UK, Slovakia,Chinaand India.Reporting directly to Head of R&D Digital and Tech, this role will drive the vision, execution, and continuous improvement of lab technology platforms, product management, investment roadmaps, and operational excellencetoenable thecutting-edgeinnovationfullyleveragingdigital, data and AI technologies.The rolewill leadand collaborate withcross-functional teams, manage large-scale technology investments, and ensure alignment withHaleon'sinnovation and growthobjectives.Haleonhas embarked upon modernization and digitization of its R&Dsitesincluding a new HQ based Oral health site. This role will directly support and lead Digital and technology aspectsof the multi-year R&D lab transformation programs.
R&D Lab Operations &Digital technologyLeadership
Provides leadership and oversight of all digital investments in support of global Stability operations,formulations, Laboratory information management systems (LIMS), Electronic Labnotebooks(ELN), and end to end PLMcapabilitiesensuring facilities and analytical capabilities support across product portfolio.
Implementprograms focused on digitization of Lab data,businessprocesses,AI-powered insights, and advance business informaticstooptimizelab workflows and accelerateinnovation growth.

Collaborate with research and category leadershipteam toestablishthe vision and strategy for technology,dataand AIinspiring cross-functional teamsto enable advancedpredictive modeling techniques in pursuit of breakthrough innovationsensuring alignment withHaleon'sR&Dinnovationgrowthgoalsandobjectives.
Lead the creation and delivery of a multi-yeardigitaltechnology investment roadmapandprovidedigitalthoughtleadershiptostrategically guideprioritization of initiatives thatenablegrowthpipelineincludingbut not limited tooperational technologies,claims,smart labs, tech transfers,formulationand stabilitymodeling.
Advocate for technologies that keep us at the forefront oftrustedscience and enable rapid scaling ofdata driven businessinsights. Advocate and partner with R&Dand centraldata teams to ensure data governance and quality for research data assets, and promote best practices in data science, reproducibility, and knowledge sharing across the organization.
Cross-functional Collaborationand Technical Delivery
Serves in the capacity of Digitalbusinesspartner,advisor, and bridge between thescientific and digitaland datateams working closely with site leaderships,research scientists, analyticaland medicinal chemist,formulators,packaging,consumer sensory and sentiments researchteams by communicating digitalopportunities in clear, compelling ways to senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Oversee a portfolio of analytics projects and platforms,annual andlong-rangebudget managementprioritizinginitiatives that deliver highinnovationimpact, lowercostand accelerategrowthpipelineacross categories. Ensure efficient allocation of resources and drive accountability for delivering results.

Qualifications and Experience
Master's degree level or equivalent in relevant technology or scientific fields (e.g.Computer Science, MBA, computational sciences), with a deep understanding ofresearch and development processes.
Proven R&D Analytics Leadership: 12+ years of experience in theCPG, consumer healthcare,biopharmaceutical, technology, or biotechnology industry, with aminimum 5+ years in senior leadership roles andstrongtrack recordin delivering results through analytics, data science or related functions in IT and R&D groups.
Bold thinker with the ability to envision the future of data-driveninnovation insightsandseta compelling strategy. Proven experience in transforming organizations or strategies - for example,Experience leading digital transformation and advanced analytics in R&D environments,leading technology innovation at scale,establishingnew technologycapabilities, or driving business outcomes.
Demonstratedexperience managing large, global teams (combination ofinternal,external FTE and outsourced) and multimillion-dollarannual operational and projectbudgets. Exceptionalpeopleleadership skills - able to inspire a shared purpose, cultivate talent, and build diverse, high-performing teams acrossdifferent culturesand geographies.
Provenexpertisein Research Labssite and technologytransformation,experience supportingsystems like LIMS, ELN,Empower,Formulationmanagement, PLM,predictive modeling,digitaltwin/smart labtechnologies.
Deep knowledge of modern data science, AI/ML, and analytics tools relevant toconsumer/CPG/Healthcare/biopharmaresearch. Familiarity with areas such as predictive modeling, computational chemistry/biology, bioinformatics, statistics, and AI-drivenconsumer and sensory insights.Abilityto guide teams in selecting and applying the right technologies andapproaches tocomplex scientific problems.
Deep passion for innovation with a demonstrated ability to translatenew ideasinto action.Abilityto sethigh ambitions, start small, and scale fast in a growth environment,has introducednew technologiesor approaches thatdeliveredtangiblebusiness outcomes.

Location: This role is maye be based in based in Warren, NJ, or Richmond, VA with in-office requirements and travel to Richmond, VA site.
Compensation: The salary range for this role is:$195,236 - $269,449 plus an 18% on-target annual bonus.
