Grozah Auto Lab, an auto body shop near LAX Airport, is hiring an experienced Shop Manager to lead our daily operations.

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day shop operations
• Write estimates in CCC ONE / Mitchell / Audatex
• Negotiate with insurance adjusters and handle supplements
• Order parts and coordinate with paint vendors
• Manage repair timelines and lead the technician team
• Communicate with customers throughout the repair process

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as a Shop Manager or Estimator
• Proficiency in CCC ONE / Mitchell / Audatex
• Experience working with insurance carriers
• Fluent English
• Valid Driver's License and U.S. work authorization
