Job description

Hello!!

If you're reading this, I'm sure you're deep in the job search process. Lucky for you, I'm typing this job description by hand, so strap in.

I am looking for college seniors who are looking to find jobs for post-graduation. If you're seeking immediate full time employment, that's OK, but we have a different job posting for that on the GrowthFactor corporate LinkedIn. I initially posted a role looking for not college seniors, but we ended up finding two college seniors who were incredibly talented, so we have extended offers to both of them. And now I want to specifically see if I can find more people who are as talented as them!

Ideally the candidate can also work part-time for some or all of the school year. Both the two we have hired are student athletes, so they have seasons they can and cannot work through their senior year. They start part time in January.

You will work directly under / with our head of sales and account executives, you will have the opportunity to work at one of the fastest growing MIT startups. It'll be sick. And we have free snacks and diet cokes and sparkling water.

This is (obviously) an entry level sales role. This application is for a full-time job post-graduation. 4 days a week in-office. Pay range is $75-80k of OTE, of which probably $60k of base.

I want someone who is scrappy and excited and creative and authentic and knows in their heart that they want to be a sales person. Someone who has been through a few years of college and likes the idea of building their career off relationships and learning how to sell. Someone who is hungry and isn't afraid to cut their teeth cold calling and prospecting because they feel convicted that they will be successful.

Commercial real estate, the industry that we sell to, is a relationship-driven industry. I want someone who can build and maintain a deep network. They should be comfortable with multitasking, able to work well with our team, and excited and passionate about connecting people and companies with something that would benefit them.

Oh also if you're wondering "wait but what does GrowthFactor do," you can just google that. But we are the AI analyst for commercial real estate. If you're wondering what an entry-level sales role in tech looks like, I feel like you can google that too.

And if you want extra points, just DM me and try to convince me I should hire you. I'll read them all. This is Clyde Anderson, the CEO, writing.

OK this next part is AI generated but I read it and it looks right. I mean it's all pretty generic but it seems directionally correct and good:
