We grow high quality, craft cannabis at scale and our team of Harvest technicians are a crucial component in delivering superior products to our patients. We are seeking a passionate, determined, detail-oriented, process-minded individual to assist in the cleaning and maintenance of our production areas and take part in certain aspects of cultivation. Because we are working with plants, this person must be willing to work hard and have a flexible schedule, working weekends and holidays when necessary. They must have a high degree of attention to detail, be able to spot problems, and work collaboratively with our Harvest Leads to ensure that problems are addressed quickly and efficiently. A large part of this role's responsibilities is thoroughly cleaning and maintaining our production areas. Therefore, this person must be a great cleaner, be comfortable executing routine tasks consistently, and be able to do manual labor in tight spaces. We are also looking for someone who can execute standard operating procedures, while also identifying ways to improve our processes to achieve better results. This individual must also be humble and cautious, wary of what they don't know, and then work hard to close gaps in their knowledge.
Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:- Harvest mature production plants - defoliate harvested production plants
- Reset grow rooms by thoroughly cleaning the rooms and their various components
- Consistently follow and execute cultural practices to a high standard
- Comply with with local, state, and federal laws as they pertain to Harvest team responsibilities
- Execute and comply with best in class integrated pest management (IPM) procedures and policies
- Diligently adhere to safety standards while working with corrosive chemicals and production equipment
- Conduct routine maintenance of equipment, tools, and areas of operation in a clean and functioning order
- Collaborate with team members in a close proximity environment
- Identify and propose process improvements to team leads and management using data and logic
- Fully clean / sanitize grow rooms & production areas, including wiping, scrubbing, mopping, and sanitizing important equipment; entails long periods working on laters, under benches, and in awkward positions
- Audit and maintain high standard of cleanliness; escalate to team leads and management when issues are identified
- Assist with component cleaning and installation for production rooms
- Provide help to multiple different departments as needed to help meet overall goals

RequirementsSkills & Experience- 2+ years working in agricultural, construction, warehouse, production, or custodial roles / environments
- Able to follow directions precisely and work closely with the grow schedule
- Self-motivated, self-starting, able to work without direct supervision and thrive in a fast-paced work environment
- Experience in environments requiring significant cleaning responsibilities; demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding cleanliness standards
- High level of attention to detail, familiarity with plant diseases and pests, and a keen eye when scouting
- Exhibits maturity, focus, and professionalism while at work; does not get distracted easily and will work diligently to help the team meet its tight deadlines
- Can lift heavy loads (50 lbs) continuously and be standing, crouching, standing on a ladder, or in tight spaces for extended periods of time
- Able to work regular week hours (ex. 8am to 6pm Monday through Friday) and able to adjust weekend / holiday schedules as needed
- Enthusiasm and a passion towards cannabis!
- Respectful to peers, plants, and management
- High level of finger dexterity
- 21+ ability to clear a state conducted background check
- A valid Driver's license and reliable transportation
