We are looking for aversatile Senior UX/UI Designer that will thrive in an energetic and agile environment. Our client is a successfulmultinational IT company, specialized in cloud communications and work-stream collab solutions.

The Senior User Experience / User Interface Designer will be a part of a global UX/UI team, and to be successful in this role you will be a collaborative problem solver who is energized by a good challenge. You are empathetic and self-aware, with a history of building successful working relationships. You also have an outstanding design portfolio that demonstrates your achievements. You are comfortable discussing the business challenges, constraints, and decisions you faced while creating those artifacts.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Effectively communicate design decisions to product teams, users, and leadership teams.
• Gathering, evaluating, and organizing user requirements, in collaboration with product managers and engineers.
• Guide complex features from concept level to production and post-launch evaluation.
• Design and specify user needs using participatory and iterative design techniques, including observational studies, customer interviews, usability testing, and other forms of requirement's discovery.
• Produce design conceptual models using storyboards; flow charts; sitemaps; sketches, low and high-fidelity wireframes, and interactive prototypes to ensure that the business, brand, and user goals are met.
• Adhere to our design system UX and UI library styles and standards.
• Work closely with product owners, lead developers, and management.
• Coach and mentor both UX and project team members to help promote and influence a user centered mindset shift throughout the organization.
• Maintain an awareness of current trends in technology, design, and user experience to identify opportunities to enhance our products and global design system.
• Prepare and present to internal teams and key stakeholders.
• Guiding and participating in front-end development demos to ensure the UX design achieves our set goals and meets end-user needs.
• Assisting with in-field research and usability testing.

Requirements:

• Demonstrable Senior UX/UI Experience
• Experience with ideation, execution, and post iteration
• Proficiency with Figma, Sketch or Adobe CC Suite
• Excellent time management skills
• Expertise in UX writing
• iOS, Android and Web UI/UX experience
• Strong knowledge of Confluence, Jira or Asana

Desirable:

• Experience designing enterprise management software
• Training, onboarding and team management skills
• SaaS and Scrum experience
