$7.98 per hour plus Tips

The Grillsmith menu includes a wide range of incredible offerings, from our signature Cajun Shrimp & Chicken Pasta,  casual Blue Crab & Shrimp Burger to our superior Port Wine Filet Mignon.
SERVER ASSISTANTS (BUSSER)

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Maintain a clean and welcoming environment for our guests
  • Clear and reset tables for service
  • Have a general knowledge of GrillSmith and your specific location
  • Assist Servers and Bartenders with service
  • Help to deliver an amazing experience for all of our guests
  • Work with your team to prepare the restaurant for each shift
  • Help to reset the restaurant for the following day’s shift
