Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced line cook to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in preparing high-quality dishes in a fast-paced environment, ensuring consistency and excellence in every plate served. From classic pub fare to creative specials, our menu offers a range of culinary opportunities for creativity and skill development. Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards
• Ensure proper portioning, plating, and presentation of dishes
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Collaborate with kitchen team members to expedite orders and meet service deadlines
• Assist in inventory management and stock rotation
• Uphold our commitment to quality and consistency in every dish served

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Line Cook in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Knowledge of culinary techniques, ingredients, and kitchen equipment
• Ability to work well under pressure and multitask effectively
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
