At Greenway Spring Green, we cultivate a supportive, mission-driven culture that prioritizes the health and happiness of both our residents and our staff. We invest in your future, offering clear pathways to professional certification and employment.
Our robust benefits include:
- Completion of 75-hour State of Wisconsin Certified Nursing Assistant course (16 hours of clinical rotation and 59 hours of classroom)
- Completion of the State of Wisconsin Certified Nursing Assistant exam through Headmaster
- $750 cost of class (eligible for reimbursement or paid training if working with Greenway

We've been serving the elderly population of Southwest Wisconsin since 1974, offering a wide range of care to fit every individual's unique needs. Greenway Manor is our skilled nursing facility, and Greenway Terrace is our residential apartment complex, providing residents with the support they need to thrive in their golden years! WHAT WE NEED FROM A CERTIFIED NURSING ASSISTANT STUDENT:
- 16+ years old
- Up-to-date immunization records
- Completion of 2-step TB testing
YOUR ROLE AS A CERTIFIED NURSING ASSISTANT STUDENT:
You'll find yourself in a vibrant and nurturing setting as you work towards your certification. Our comprehensive training program is offered multiple times a year to help you succeed. Take the initiative to register now and secure your place in the upcoming courses. We encourage you to join the Greenway team before or during your training to be eligible for our paid training or tuition reimbursement programs, making it easier for you to invest in your professional growth.
