Education Requirements:
To become a CNA at Prairie Ridge Care Center, you must complete a 75-hour CNA course, which we will reimburse you for. This job is an excellent opportunity for those seeking a career in healthcare with potential for advancement, or for those who want to gain experience while pursuing further education.
The ideal candidate for this position must be a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA), or should be willing to complete the 75-hour CNA course. If the selected candidate has not taken the course, the Orange City Area Health System can provide information as to where to enroll. Eligible candidates can receive reimbursement for the cost of the class upon successful hire.
Number of Hours: Full-time: 32-37.5 hours/week, Part-time: 15 - 30 hours/week.
Schedule: The shifts timings may vary, and candidates may be required to work on different shifts. The day shift is from 6:00 am-2:00 pm, evening shifts are either from 2:00 pm - 10:00 pm or 4:30 pm-9:30 pm, and night shifts are from 10:00 pm-6:00 am. All positions include work on every other weekend and holiday.
