Engagement Overview

The Full-Stack Developer serves as a lead digital architect for our entire ecosystem. This role bridges internal cloud operations with external-facing mobile and web applications. You will be responsible for building lightweight, responsive front-end interfaces and engineering the backend server logic and databases that power them. This role ensures a seamless digital experience for our global community and administrative teams by optimizing Google Apps Script workflows and architecting Google Cloud SQL databases.

Scope of Services

  • Web App Development: Design and deploy responsive web interfaces hosted via Google Apps Script (HTML Service).
  • Mobile Innovation: Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile application features using Flutter (Dart) and optimize iOS-specific experiences using SwiftUI.
  • UI/UX Implementation: Translate wireframes into functional code using modern design trends such as Material 3 and glassmorphic components.
  • API & Logic: Write clean, scalable server-side code in JavaScript (via Google Apps Script) to process data and orchestrate Google Workspace services.
  • Database Management: Structure and maintain data within Google Sheets while laying the groundwork for future migration to relational databases like Google Cloud SQL or PostgreSQL.
  • System Integration: Connect external and internal tools via RESTful APIs to ensure low-latency data retrieval and high performance.

Professional Qualifications

  • Full-Stack Fundamentals: Proven experience developing both client-side applications (HTML/CSS/JS) and server-side business logic.
  • Mobile Proficiency: Experience developing production-ready applications with Flutter (Dart); familiarity with SwiftUI is a strong plus.
  • Google Ecosystem Expertise: Deep understanding of Google Apps Script and Google Workspace API integrations.
  • Database & Cloud Transition: Working knowledge of relational databases (SQL) and basic cloud architecture (GCP).
  • Ministry Heart: A strong commitment to the vision of Greater IMPACT Church, approaching technical excellence as a form of worship.
