About the Organization

At Great Height Therapy Solutions, our mission is to revolutionize health care as a proactive partner in healing. We prioritize compassionate, high-quality care and are committed to enriching the lives of our patients, their families, and our communities. Our innovative approach focuses on delivering superior outcomes, reduced costs, and a healthier future for all.

Our core values—compassion, excellence, leadership, innovation, and agility—drive our team members to strive for excellence in everything they do. We believe that being part of our team goes beyond salary and benefits; it encompasses opportunities for professional growth, transparent leadership, and a commitment to a balanced lifestyle.

Work Environment

This position is fully remote, allowing social workers the flexibility to deliver therapy through telemedicine while also accommodating in-person sessions as needed. Our team collaborates to ensure that every clinician has the tools and support necessary to thrive in a virtual setting, emphasizing continued learning and development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand patient mental health needs, utilizing clinical tools such as the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM) to formulate tailored treatment plans.

  • Provide ongoing therapy sessions to patients, monitoring and evaluating their progress and adapting treatment strategies as required to ensure optimal outcomes.

  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient records and treatment plans, adhering to all regulatory and organizational standards for clinical practice.

  • Collaborate with patients and their families to develop individualized treatment plans that address their specific goals and challenges, while also considering their cultural and personal values.

  • Coordinate care by identifying referral options and serving as a liaison between patients and additional providers or community resources, fostering a comprehensive support network.

  • Offer guidance and mentorship to students and interns to enhance their clinical skills and contribute to a culture of learning within the organization.

  • Participate in clinical supervision and peer reviews to maintain high standards of practice and promote professional development among team members.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our primary focus is on individuals and families navigating the complexities associated with cancer diagnoses. This population often faces emotional, psychological, and social challenges, requiring a compassionate and nuanced approach to therapy. By providing specialized support, the LCSW helps ease the burden of mental distress and promotes resilience throughout their healing journey.

Qualifications
  • A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

  • Current and valid LCSW license in the state of California.

  • Two years of relevant clinical experience working with diverse populations, especially in a mental health or outpatient setting.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage patients and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

  • Ability to work independently and utilize technology for telehealth services.

Preferred Experience
  • Experience in supporting clients impacted by chronic illnesses, particularly cancer.

  • Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic techniques and practices, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

  • Skill in developing interventions tailored to individual patient needs, with a focus on culturally sensitive approaches.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $105,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to the financial compensation, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance, a 401k plan with matching contributions, paid parental leave, and an Employee Assistance Program (EAP). A sign-on bonus is also available upon hire to enhance your transition into our team.
