Job description

Join our dynamic and thriving dental practice as a Traveling Orthodontics Dental Assistant! At Great Expressions Dental Centers, we're seeking an energetic and motivated individual to join our team and positively impact our patients' oral health. If you're looking for a fast-paced environment where every day brings new challenges and opportunities, this is the perfect position for you!
This position travels between our Cascade and Douglasville offices
Responsibilities:
  • Assist our experienced dental team in providing exceptional patient care
  • Prepare treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, and ensure a clean and organized environment
  • Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and post-treatment care
  • Support dentists during procedures, anticipating their needs and ensuring smooth workflow
  • Perform basic dental procedures under the guidance of a licensed dentist
  • Manage appointment scheduling and maintain patient records accurately

Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of previous dental assisting experience
  • 2-3 years of Orthodontics experience
  • MUST TRAVEL

Requirements:
Before applying, it is imperative that you meet the state requirements outlined below.
  • Georgia: CPR Certification, Expanded Functions Dental Assistant (EFDA) certification, and proof of formal training to expose X-rays.
