About the Role:
Grease Monkey in Tempe, AZ is looking for a driven and experienced Full-Time Quick Lube Store Manager to help lead our fast-paced service center. Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily store operations including opening/closing procedures and workflow management
  • Lead, coach, and schedule a team of lube technicians and service advisors
  • Drive sales performance, upselling services such as oil changes, fluid top-offs, and filter replacements
  • Ensure fast, accurate, and high-quality vehicle service to maximize customer satisfaction
  • Monitor inventory levels and order automotive supplies and products as needed
  • Maintain compliance with safety standards, environmental regulations, and company policies
  • Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and escalations in a professional manner
  • Track KPIs, prepare reports, and meet revenue and efficiency targets
Requirements:
  • 1+ years experience in a quick lube, automotive service, or related environment preferred 
  • Strong knowledge of oil change services, preventive maintenance, and light automotive repair
  • Proven ability to lead a team and foster a positive, productive work culture
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic business reporting
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment 
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
