About the Opportunity

Grayson Search Partners is partnering with a great company in Romeoville, IL to identify an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to join their team.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced AR professional who has a strong background working in a high-volume environment and is looking for a position with long-term potential. The company is looking to move quickly, making this a time-sensitive opportunity for someone who is available to start soon.

What You’ll Do

• Manage a high volume of accounts receivable activity
• Process payments and cash applications
• Handle account reconciliations and research discrepancies
• Monitor customer accounts and follow up on outstanding balances
• Assist with collections and aging reports
• Review and process invoices
• Research and resolve billing and payment issues
• Communicate with customers regarding account balances and payments
• Maintain accurate customer account records
• Work closely with internal teams to resolve AR-related issues

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of Accounts Receivable experience
• Strong experience working in a high-volume AR environment
• Experience with cash applications, reconciliations, collections, and invoicing
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Experience with ERP/accounting systems preferred

Compensation & Benefits

• $27–$31 hour, based on experience
• Full-time, Monday–Friday schedule
• Fully on-site in Romeoville, IL
• Temp-to-perm opportunity with potential for permanent placement
• Benefits available through Grayson Search Partners while on temporary assignment
