Work Environment

This role is entirely remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home while maintaining flexible hours. You will be part of a collaborative team of therapists who meet regularly for consultations and discussions utilizing video conferencing platforms. Our I.T. infrastructure supports seamless communication and documentation while prioritizing client confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments that inform individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs.
• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), to engage clients and help them navigate their mental health journeys.
• Maintaining meticulous client records that are compliant with HIPAA regulations and maintaining due diligence in documentation to enhance communication within the team.
• Participating in weekly team meetings to discuss client progress, share best practices, and foster an environment of collaborative care.
• Providing psychoeducation to clients and their support systems, equipping them with coping strategies and tools for resilience and recovery.
• Staying updated on the latest research and treatment methodologies in the mental health field to continuously refine and improve your clinical skills.

Qualifications

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• An active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) credential in the state of Arizona.
• Demonstrated experience in solution-focused therapy practices, with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• A strong collaborative spirit and a commitment to continual professional development and training.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of two years of direct clinical experience in a mental health setting.
• Experience in community health environments or clinics, with a proven ability to work with diverse populations.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems to ensure high-quality documentation and client management.

Compensation and Benefits
