Grand Homes, a two-time winner of America's Best Builder, is seeking an experienced, driven, and people-focused Sales Manager to lead and develop a high-performing sales team. As a Sales Manager, you'll play a key role in driving sales performance, developing Sales Associates, strengthening customer and realtor relationships, and creating a team culture focused on accountability, growth, and results. This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for a sales professional who enjoys being in the field, coaching a team, and having a direct impact on results.

What You'll Do

• Lead, coach, and develop Sales Associates to achieve sales objectives.
• Set clear expectations, monitor performance, and hold team members accountable for results.
• Coach Sales Associates in prospecting, follow-up, customer engagement, and closing strategies.
• Monitor sales activity, traffic, appointments, contracts, and closings to identify opportunities and trends.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, realtors, and other referral sources.
• Partner with Production, Marketing, and other internal teams to support community performance and the customer experience.
• Analyze market conditions, competitive activity, pricing, inventory, and customer trends to support sales strategies.
• Provide leadership with insight into sales performance, challenges, and opportunities.
• Ensure company sales processes, standards, and customer service expectations are consistently followed.
• Create a positive, accountable, and performance-driven sales environment.

Five days per week, including weekends. This is a 100% on-site leadership position, with the schedule based on the needs and operating hours of the assigned community.

• Previous sales leadership or management experience required.
• New home sales or residential real estate experience required.
• Demonstrated ability to coach, develop, and motivate a sales team.
• Strong sales, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Results-oriented with a strong sense of accountability.
• Professional demeanor and presentation.
• Computer proficiency and ability to learn company systems.
• Ability to travel between assigned communities as needed.
