Key Responsibilities

• Assist the executive chef with food preparation and execution of menu items.
• Ensure the quality and presentation of dishes meet our high standards.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain a smooth workflow during dinner service.
• Help maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.

Requirements

• Experience in a kitchen environment preferred, particularly in the evening.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality.
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, as our kitchen staff typically comes in between 2 and 3 PM.

Schedule

• Full-time position with evening shifts.
• Closed on Sundays.
