About the Organization

At Grace Recovery & Rehabilitation, we are committed to enhancing the emotional and psychological well-being of our clients. Located in El Paso, Texas, our outpatient facility is designed to provide comprehensive mental health care for those with limited access to services. Our expert counselors are passionate about guiding individuals towards personal development and recovery, utilizing an evidence-based approach to foster resilience and coping strategies.

Work Environment

This role is primarily remote, allowing you to facilitate therapy sessions from the comfort of your own space while still being part of a dedicated care team. You will have access to virtual platforms that support client interactions, as well as the necessary tools and resources to maintain efficient operations. The flexibility in scheduling is designed to promote a balanced lifestyle, allowing you to contribute effectively without compromising personal time.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients to identify their individual needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), solution-focused brief therapy, and psychodynamic approaches to provide tailored therapeutic interventions.
  • Deliver impactful therapy sessions to individuals, couples, and groups, ensuring that interventions are specific to the goals and circumstances of each client.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records, ensuring compliance with ethical, legal, and regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals to deliver holistic client care, participating in case meetings and sharing insights on treatment progress.
  • Engage in continuous professional development through workshops and training to keep abreast of best practices and advancements in mental health care.
Patient Population / Client Focus

The Licensed Professional Counselor will work with a diverse client base that includes individuals and families experiencing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Many clients may have faced barriers to accessing traditional mental health resources, making your role pivotal in providing compassionate and effective care.

Qualifications
  • Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
  • An active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.
  • A minimum of two years of experience in a clinical counseling setting, demonstrating a solid foundation in therapeutic methodologies and client engagement.
  • A thorough understanding of legal and ethical standards pertaining to mental health practice.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport and trust with a diverse clientele.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively within a healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes.
  • Proficiency in Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems and other related technologies.
Preferred Experience
  • Specialization in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance misuse treatment is highly regarded.
  • Experience working in outpatient or community-based settings that service underrepresented populations.
Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload capacity. Grace Recovery & Rehabilitation also offers a comprehensive benefits package, including access to health, dental, and vision insurance, malpractice insurance coverage, and ongoing client referral support. You will also benefit from administrative assistance in billing and documentation, allowing you to focus more on client care.

Career Growth Opportunities

At Grace Recovery & Rehabilitation, we prioritize the professional growth of our team members. We encourage ongoing education and offer access to resources for further training and certification in specialized therapeutic techniques.
