Experienced Private Dentist | 50/50 Split

This is a rare chance for an experienced private dentist to take over a well-established, high-end patient list in Harrogate without the pressure of building one from scratch. The practice is fully private, beautifully finished, and run by a close-knit, friendly team who genuinely care about patient care and each other.

If you're a senior private dentist with a passion for comprehensive general and cosmetic dentistry, and you're looking for a long-term home rather than a quick placement, this could be the one.

Key Details:

• Fully private practice
• 50/50 payment split, plus 50/50 lab fees split
• 2-4 days per week available (any day except Wednesday)
• 2-surgery practice with full private equipment and practice management software
• Taking over an existing, stable patient list built primarily through word-of-mouth referrals
• Standard hours 9am–5pm, with occasional emergency cover
• High-end, loyal patient base with strong repeat attendance
• Supportive, humble, family-oriented team with a strong focus on customer service
• Skilled Worker visa sponsorship available for the right candidate

Requirements:

• GDC registration (full registration required)
• Recognised dental degree (BDS or equivalent)
• Proven experience in private dentistry
• 12+ years' experience preferred
• Confident performing root canal treatment and general restorative dentistry
• Strong communication and customer service skills, with a genuinely patient-focused approach
• A collaborative, team-player attitude suited to a small, close-knit practice
• Commitment to a long-term role - this is not a locum or short-term position
