Gordon Sinclair is hiring Production Team Members for our Indiana, PA plant.

This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced production environment where you'll help prep product, pack orders, inspect quality, and keep customer orders moving out on time. If you are dependable, detail-oriented, and ready to work, we are ready to train you.

• Read and follow work orders
• Prep product for production and shipping
• Pack cartons and prepare orders for shipment
• Inspect product for quality and accuracy
• Keep your work area clean, safe, and organized

• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to distinguish colors, read and write in English
• Dependable and willing to learn
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment

• Stand and move throughout most of the workday
• Bend and stoop as needed
• Lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted and more with assistance
• Perform repetitive hand movements regularly
