Good-Nich Construction is currently seeking a Construction Laborer/Form Setter to join our team. You will play a key role in preparing and pouring concrete foundations and footings as part of a small construction team. Reporting to the Construction Foreman, this position involves local travel between job sites and focuses on hands-on construction activities essential for building stable and compliant structural bases.

Responsibilities

• Set forms for concrete foundations and footings accurately
• Prepare sites by clearing and organizing materials
• Pour concrete and ensure proper finishing
• Handle materials and tools safely and efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness on the worksite
• Comply with all relevant construction safety protocols

Preferred Qualifications

• Entry-level experience in construction and concrete forming
• Basic knowledge of concrete pouring techniques
• Understanding of construction safety practices
• Physical stamina suitable for demanding manual labor
• Ability to work effectively within a small team
• Attention to detail and time management skills
• Basic tool handling capability
