We’re looking for a dependable, detail-oriented cleaner to join our growing commercial and residential cleaning team. Growth Opportunity

This position also offers growth potential into a Lead Cleaner role, where you may oversee job sites, train new team members, assist with scheduling, and help maintain company standards across accounts.

• Training and mentoring new team members
• Overseeing job quality and company standards
• Assisting with team scheduling and route coordination
• Managing supplies and inventory
• Supporting communication between clients and management
• Helping create an efficient, positive team environment

$20 - $32 hourly

• Perform residential and commercial cleaning services efficiently and thoroughly
• Dust, vacuum, mop, sanitize, and disinfect all assigned areas
• Clean kitchens, bathrooms, common areas, offices, and other designated spaces
• Follow company cleaning checklists and standards
• Ensure supplies and equipment are properly maintained and sanitized between jobs
• Communicate professionally with clients and team members
• Arrive on time and prepared for scheduled jobs
• Report any maintenance issues, damages, or client concerns
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in clients’ homes and businesses
• Assist with training and supporting new hires as needed

• Reliable transportation required
• Ability to store and transport cleaning supplies in your vehicle
• Previous residential and/or commercial cleaning experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
• Ability to follow instructions and maintain high cleaning standards
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Physical ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform cleaning duties throughout the day
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Availability Monday–Friday from 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
