Goldstar Truss

We are seeking humble, hungry, and smart (people smart) thoroughbreds - no donkeys - to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced truss manufacturing facility. The candidate will play a crucial role in the production process, contributing to the assembly and fabrication of wooden trusses while ensuring quality and efficiency. A strong back is needed for handling 50+lb. lumber that is used in the manufacturing process. This position requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively in an team environment. Duties

• Operate various machinery and equipment, including power tools and hand tools, to fabricate and assemble products.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized workspace within the facility.
• Collaborate with team members on the assembly line to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet company standards.

Skills

• Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools for assembly tasks.
• Must be willing to follow a leader.
• Must have previous construction experience.
• Experience working in a factory or manufacturing facility is preferred.
• Ability to operate forklifts safely (certification may be required).
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Excellent teamwork skills, with a commitment to achieving production goals efficiently.
