Golden Capital Insurance Services is one of California's fastest-growing commercial insurance agencies, specializing in workers' compensation insurance. We help businesses reduce their workers' compensation costs through proactive claims management, Ex-Mod reduction strategies, premium audits, safety programs, and risk management consulting.
We are looking for an experienced Workers' Compensation Claims & Risk Manager to work directly with our clients to help lower claim costs, reduce Experience Modification Factors (Ex-Mods), and improve their overall workers' compensation programs. This is a client-facing, consultative role where your expertise will have a direct impact on helping businesses save thousands of dollars each year.
What You'll Do
- Review and manage open workers' compensation claims
- Identify opportunities to reduce reserves and claim costs
- Conduct Ex-Mod and loss run reviews
- Work with adjusters, carriers, employers, and medical providers
- Develop return-to-work and cost containment strategies
- Assist clients with premium audits and workers' compensation best practices
- Lead claim review meetings with clients
- Help employers lower their workers' compensation premiums through proactive claims management
