Marketing Coordinator — Part-Time (Austin, TX · Hybrid or Remote)

Gold Tier Real Estate is a Central Texas commercial brokerage specializing in land, retail and investment properties. We're looking for a part-time marketing person to take ownership of how our listings — and our company — show up in the market.

What you'd be doing:

• Building professional listing flyers from property info, maps, aerials and photography
• Keeping listings accurate and current across LoopNet, Crexi, ABOR and our website
• Preparing email, text and social campaigns for new listings, price changes and closings
• Maintaining the company brochure, agent bios, presentations and closed-transaction pages
• Bringing ideas — new layouts, sharper descriptions, better ways to make our listings stand out

What we're looking for: a strong design eye, sharp attention to detail, and someone who spots what needs doing without waiting to be asked. Use whatever tools you work best in — we care about the finished product. Commercial real estate experience is a plus, not a requirement.

Schedule and location: part-time with flexible hours. We'd prefer someone in the Austin area who can be in the office one or two days a week, but the right person can work fully remote.
