Full-Time Residential Contractor

GoWork Home Services is growing, and we are looking for a dependable, skilled Full-Time Residential Contractor to join our team.

We specialize in residential repairs, inspection repairs, maintenance, and general home improvement projects. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, has a strong work ethic, and can represent our company professionally with homeowners and real estate professionals.

PAY

$18.00–$35.00 per hour, based on experience and skill level

Your hourly rate will be determined based on your experience, skill set, reliability, and ability to perform quality work.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Complete residential repairs and maintenance projects
• Perform inspection repair and punch-list work
• General carpentry and home repairs
• Drywall and painting
• Doors, trim, flooring, and other residential repairs
• Identify problems and provide practical solutions
• Maintain a clean and professional work environment
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and the GoWork team
• Complete work efficiently while maintaining quality standards

QUALIFICATIONS

• Residential construction or home repair experience preferred
• Strong general handyman/contractor skills
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Professional appearance and communication
• Strong attention to detail
• Dependable and punctual
• Must be willing to undergo a drug screening and background check
