GoTo Telemed Services is a nationwide digital resource provider that gives licensed Nurse Practitioners access to secure telehealth technology, EMR tools, and operational support. Practitioners maintain the direct clinical relationship with their patients while using the platform to provide remote care.

We are seeking experienced Telehealth Nurse Practitioners to independently manage patient visits through our secure telehealth platform and EMR. Patients are matched based on your specialty, licensure, and availability.

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct scheduled and follow-up telehealth visits.
• Review patient histories and relevant documentation before consultations.
• Assess symptoms, establish diagnoses within your scope of practice, and develop appropriate treatment plans.
• Educate patients about their conditions, treatments, and self-care strategies.
• Document all patient encounters accurately in the EMR.
• Manage appointment schedules and communicate with patients regarding visits and follow-up care.
• Complete required specialty training before practicing independently on the platform.
• Collaborate with supervising or collaborating physicians when required by applicable regulations.

• Malpractice coverage and collaborative support where required.

Required qualifications:

• Active Nurse Practitioner license in each state where you practice.
• Board certification in your specialty, as applicable.
• Relevant clinical experience in your specialty.
• Experience with EMR systems and telehealth workflows preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to manage virtual consultations independently.

Practitioners must comply with all applicable licensing, telehealth, privacy, and professional practice requirements in each jurisdiction where they provide care. The clinical relationship is directly between the practitioner and the patient. GoTo Telemed Services provides the technology, EMR, and operational support but does not control the clinical relationship or the financial arrangements between the practitioner and patient.

Engagement details:

• Independent contractor position.
• Remote telehealth work within the United States.
• Multi-state licensure preferred.
• Flexible scheduling, including daytime, evening, and weekend availability.
• Practitioners may set preferred time blocks and adjust patient panel size over time.
• Competitive per-visit or hourly compensation based on specialty, experience, and state licensure.
• No fees for training, or access to the GoTo Telemed platform.
