This role includes not only gutter installation but also occasional exterior repairs and requires effective communication, safety adherence, and time management across multiple daily job sites.

Responsibilities

• Install gutters with precision and attention to detail
• Manage and lead a crew of 1-3 installers
• Maintain quality control on all work performed
• Communicate effectively with clients and contractors
• Ensure safety compliance on job sites
• Perform other exterior repairs as needed (10-30% of work)
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working order
• Manage time efficiently to handle variable schedules and multiple sites

• 1+ years experience in gutter installation
• Leadership experience in crew management
