Gnome Insurance Services focuses on commercial insurance for contractors and small businesses, using both standard and E&S markets.

We’re looking for an early-career producer with insurance experience who wants to build a book, not just service one.

The Role

This is a new business production role.

You’ll prospect, quote, follow up, and close commercial accounts, primarily contractors and home service businesses.

You’ll earn commission revenue on the outbound book you build, giving you real upside as your production grows.

What We Want

• P&C license or ability to obtain one quickly

• Commercial insurance experience preferred

• Comfortable cold calling and prospecting

• Strong communication and follow-up

• Able to manage your own pipeline

• Competitive, resourceful, and results driven

• Contractor or E&S experience is a plus

We care about results. Find prospects, learn the markets, quote quickly, follow up relentlessly, and bind business.
