Job description

The Sales Specialist plays a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by engaging with individual consumers and small businesses in an inside sales environment. This role demands expertise in client management, delivering compelling sales presentations, and effectively negotiating and closing deals. The specialist will leverage deep product knowledge and market research to tailor solutions that meet customer needs, while providing continuous support and accurate sales reporting. Occasional travel may be required to meet with clients and support sales initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and nurture relationships with individual consumers and small business clients
  • Deliver dynamic sales presentations tailored to client needs
  • Negotiate terms and close sales to meet or exceed targets
  • Demonstrate thorough product knowledge to educate clients
  • Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities
  • Provide ongoing customer support to ensure satisfaction
  • Prepare and maintain accurate sales reports
  • Travel occasionally to meet clients and support sales activities

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience in sales
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
  • Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools
