Join our team to set up, run, and care for high-performance Bobst converting equipment. You’ll work hands-on with a Bobst VisionCut blanker and a Bobst NovaCut configured for stripping only, delivering consistent results and smooth changeovers.

A day in the role

• Perform accurate setups and fast changeovers to keep production moving.
• Operate the VisionCut blanker and NovaCut (stripping only) with a focus on quality output.
• Monitor run conditions and make adjustments to maintain specifications.
• Handle routine upkeep and general maintenance to keep machines performing at their best.
• Troubleshoot issues quickly—both operational and mechanical—to minimize downtime.

What you bring

• Strong troubleshooting skills.
• Hands-on mechanical troubleshooting ability.
• Practical packaging/converting experience.
