The Product Analyst supports product teams by translating business needs, user feedback, and data into clear requirements and actionable insights. This role partners closely with product managers, designers, engineers, and business stakeholders to define scope, clarify priorities, and ensure delivered solutions meet both user and mission needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements
• Translate stakeholder needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows
• Support product discovery, gap analysis, and solution evaluation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to clarify requirements and resolve ambiguity
• Analyze product performance, user behavior, and feedback to identify improvement opportunities
• Support prioritization decisions by evaluating business impact, effort, and dependencies
• Support testing, validation, and release readiness activities
• Maintain accurate documentation throughout the product lifecycle

Required Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance (required)
• 3–5 years of experience in requirements gathering, business analysis, or product analysis
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Demonstrated experience with Agile/Scrum product development methodologies
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
• Experience with data analysis, reporting, or business process mapping

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Jira and Confluence
• Familiarity with SQL, Excel, or BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
• Prior experience supporting government programs

Work Conditions

• Onsite/hybrid presence required at Rosslyn, VA office (1 day a week onsite)
• Occasional after-hours or weekend work may be required to support release schedules
