Global Recruitment Bridge is seeking an experienced Lead Mechanical Fitter / Mechanical Team Leader for long-term international projects in Malta, France and other European locations. Key responsibilities: • Lead and coordinate a team of mechanical fitters • Perform hands-on mechanical fitting, installation and maintenance work • Organise daily tasks and monitor work progress • Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards • Communicate with project management and other teams Required skills: • Proven experience as a Mechanical Fitter • Previous team-leading or supervisory experience • Good English communication skills • Valid driving licence and willingness to drive • EU citizenship or valid permission to work in the EU • Responsible and professional attitude Preferred skills: • Marine, shipyard, ship repair, industrial or port experience Benefits: • Salary of 30,000 35,000 gross per year • Long-term employment • Accommodation assistance provided • International project opportunities • Starting date as soon as possible To apply, please send your CV together with details of your English level, driving licence, EU work eligibility and nearest airport.
