About the Role

We are looking for a reliable, personable, and organized Runner to support our real estate operations. This is a fast-paced, client-facing role that keeps our day-to-day business moving smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Host open houses and serve as the on-site point of contact for prospective tenants
• Show available apartments to prospective renters in a professional and welcoming manner
• Pick up and deliver checks and other documents as needed
• Coordinate with management to ensure open houses and showings run on schedule
• Communicate feedback from prospective tenants back to the team

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and locations in a day
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Prior experience in real estate or customer service is a plus
