Unarmed Security Agent
Location: Manhattan, NY
Schedule: Full-Time | In Person

Many of our top-performing Unarmed Security Agents transition into Armed Security roles after gaining experience and obtaining the required New York State licensing. If you're committed to professionalism, reliability, and continuous growth, we'll support your development every step of the way.
We're seeking professional Unarmed Security Agents to support client locations throughout Manhattan. This is an active, highly visible role for individuals who remain alert, exercise sound judgment, and take pride in representing themselves and the company with professionalism.
This is not a static post. Approximately 60-70% of your shift will be spent outdoors conducting foot patrols, maintaining a visible security presence, monitoring activity, and responding to incidents as they arise. Every shift presents new challenges, making this an excellent opportunity for professionals who enjoy staying engaged and making a meaningful impact.
Multiple assignments are available throughout Manhattan. Placement will be based on operational needs and business requirements.
We're looking for security professionals who understand that exceptional security begins with preparation, vigilance, sound judgment, and outstanding customer service.

What You'll Do
  • Conduct proactive foot patrols to maintain a safe and secure environment
  • Maintain a highly visible security presence
  • Monitor and control access to client properties
  • Identify, assess, and respond appropriately to suspicious activity
  • Enforce site policies and security procedures
  • Respond professionally to alarms, emergencies, and critical incidents
  • Assist employees, visitors, and clients with professionalism and courtesy
  • Prepare accurate, detailed, and timely incident reports
Required Qualifications
  • Valid New York State Security Guard License
  • Ability to work assignments throughout Manhattan
  • Ability to stand, walk, and work outdoors for extended periods in all weather conditions
  • Excellent observation, communication, and conflict resolution skills
  • Professional appearance with a strong customer service mindset
  • Proven reliability and strong work ethic
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to successfully complete all required screenings and pre-employment training
