Oracle Cloud / Supplier Portal Consultant

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Consultant with a strong background in Supplier Portal Cloud, Order Management Cloud, or CX Cloud. In this role, you will lead customer collaboration initiatives, design seamless portal experiences, and independently facilitate workshops with key business and IT stakeholders to drive successful implementations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead collaborative product development phases with customers to define and refine requirements for customer and supplier collaboration workflows.

• Design and implement solutions enabling customers to view sales order statuses, place orders directly, and manage sales contracts via a portal environment.

• Facilitate and run discovery/design workshops independently with diverse business and IT stakeholder groups.

• Bridge the gap between technical Oracle functionality and business objectives, ensuring high adoption and satisfaction.

• Provide expert guidance on Oracle Fusion modules and integration points.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Total Work Experience: Minimum 10 years of professional IT experience.

• Domain Experience: Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Order Management Cloud, CX Cloud, or Supplier Portal Cloud.

• Oracle Fusion: At least 3 years of dedicated implementation and configuration experience within Oracle Fusion Cloud.

• Portal Expertise: Proven experience with customer/supplier portals, including custom-developed portals, Oracle Commerce, or Oracle iStore.

• Business Knowledge: Deep understanding of B2B customer collaboration processes, order-to-cash workflows, order placement, and contract visibility via portals.

• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a proven track record of stakeholder management and workshop facilitation.
