Position Summary
Shift Leaders are the spark that keeps the restaurant buzzing. Youll set the pace, energize the team, and make sure every shift runs like clockwork.
Key Responsibilities
Shift Leadership
- Supervise team members during assigned shifts.
- Coach staff in real-time and lead by example.
- Ensure speed of service, accuracy, and cleanliness.
Guest Service
- Resolve issues quickly and maintain guest satisfaction.
- Deliver energy and positivity during every shift.
Administrative
- Handle cash management and shift reporting.
- Support GM and Assistant Manager in achieving performance goals.
Qualifications
6+ months of restaurant experience required.
Leadership experience preferred.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
