About the Position
Do you enjoy creating memorable customer experiences while helping people plan exciting vacations? We are looking for enthusiastic, organized, and customer-focused individuals to join our remote team as Customer Experience Getaway Consultant.
As a Customer Experience Getaway Consultant, you'll work with clients to explore vacation possibilities, coordinate travel arrangements, and provide personalized assistance throughout the planning process. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy connecting with people, managing details, and delivering outstanding service in a flexible work-from-home environment.
What You'll Do

  • Meet with clients to understand their vacation goals, travel preferences, timelines, and budget
  • Research destinations, all-inclusive resorts, cruise vacations, hotels, transportation, tours, and unique experiences
  • Present customized getaway options that match each client's interests and travel style
  • Coordinate reservations, itinerary details, and travel services through approved supplier platforms
  • Provide clients with booking confirmations, travel documents, schedules, and helpful travel information
  • Assist with reservation updates, itinerary adjustments, and special accommodation requests
  • Verify travel arrangements and booking details to help ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Stay connected with clients before departure to answer questions and provide ongoing support
  • Maintain organized client profiles, reservation records, and communication history within company systems
  • Utilize preferred travel partners and internal resources to provide exceptional client service
  • Participate in destination training, supplier education, and ongoing professional development opportunities
