Key Responsibilities

As an Orthopedic Physical Therapist at Get Up Set Up Medical Center, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive evaluations of patients to assess their physical condition and therapy needs.
• Developing customized treatment plans that address individual patient goals utilizing methods such as therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and equipment use.
• Administering treatments aimed at improving mobility, relieving pain, and enhancing overall physical function for patients recovering from injury, surgery, or other ailments.
• Monitoring patient progress meticulously and adjusting treatment plans accordingly to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Educating patients and their families about therapeutic exercises, injury prevention strategies, and the use of assistive devices as needed.
• Documenting patient interactions accurately in compliance with healthcare regulations and maintaining up-to-date records of treatments conducted.
• Staying engaged with current research and clinical methods through workshops, conferences, and continued education opportunities.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this full-time position ranges from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, reflecting experience and qualifications. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
