Get Up and Go Kayaking DESTIN is looking for energetic, reliable, and personable guides to lead clear kayak eco tours in the beautiful waters of the Destin/Fort Walton Beach area.

What You'll Do

• Lead small groups on guided kayak tours
• Ensure guest safety before and during each tour
• Share fun facts about local wildlife, marine life, and the area's history
• Assist with equipment setup, cleaning, and maintenance
• Provide exceptional customer service that creates memorable experiences

We're Looking For Someone Who Is

• Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable speaking to groups
• Dependable and punctual
• Comfortable working outdoors in Florida heat and weather
• Physically able to lift and carry kayaks (50–70 lbs with assistance)
• Confident paddling a kayak
• Available to work weekends and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

• Customer service or hospitality experience
• Experience kayaking, paddleboarding, or guiding outdoor activities
• Knowledge of local wildlife is a plus (we'll train the right person!)
• CPR/First Aid certification is a plus
