Genesis of North Aurora is proud to be the first brand new Genesis dealership in Illinois, bringing luxury and state-of-the-art facilities to the North Aurora Auto Mall. As part of the Gerald Auto Group, a renowned name in the Chicago area automotive industry since the mid-1930s, we uphold a tradition of honesty, excellence, and outstanding customer service. We are excited to introduce the first standalone Genesis store, which currently ranks among the top in the Midwest for sales.
**Responsibilities:**
- Understand and implement the dealership's sales process.
- Manage every aspect of the sales process, from prospecting to vehicle delivery.
- Present and demonstrate our extensive inventory.
- Maintain and update daily inventory reports.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase market share.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to create and review monthly plans.
- Uphold dealership standards for Customer Service Index, Gross Average, and monthly unit targets.
- Stay up-to-date on products, market trends, and certification requirements.
- Utilize Client Relationship Management (CRM) software effectively.
